My gggrandfather James Newell was born in Kilmore, County Down and left in 1844 for Canada. May have lived in Listooder, Magheradrool or Newtownards. He was born about 1787 and left relatives behind. Any connection with your ancestors?

Emily AMBROSE - Kinsale, Cork, Ireland.
She was born in Kinsale about 1862-1867 because she married in Kinsale in 1887 to a Robert Henry Harrison. Could someone in that area find her marriage records if they are checking local archives & relay that info' to me via email. There's nothing on-line & I would be eternally grateful. Looking for Thomas Howe, who with his brothers William b.1839 and Richard H. may have left Ireland 1847-1855 with the mother whose name I don't know. Thomas may have been born April 1840. He settled in Mo and on 6 August 1863 in Union, Franklin Co. Mo.,married Sarah Elizabeth Williams. He died 31 October 1908 in Sweetwater or Roscoe, Nolan Co. Tx.Sarah's father was Benjamin Tucker Williams who was born in Va.

Emily AMBROSE married Robert Henry HARRISON, a British soldier in the Royal Irish Fusiliers, on 26 Nov 1887 in Kinsale, Cork, Ireland. They later went to England. They had several children: Thomas Stanley Harrison dob 15 Feb 1898 in Folkstone,Kent,UK for sure. And Christina, Constance, Ada, William and Sarah - dates and birthplaces unknown for sure. Does any of this ring a bell with you? Can anyone help fill in some missing details of Robert Henry & Emily's marriage or their parentage?

I am looking for info on Susan(Susanna) Devine from Claudy, Co. Derry. Her father was Bernard Devine and Mother was Nancy(Annie) Tracey.She was born around 1856 on Altahoney Rd. House is still there. She came to USA and was married here in 1883 to Joseph Kirlin also from Co. Derry or Tyrone. His parents were Denis and Margaret Kirlin. Any info appreciated. M. Travis
