PRICE. I have been looking for information on a Price family for a long while and have recently been advised to try this site.
Edward and Mary Price married at Mawgan in Meneage. Cornwall in 1834. They had a daughter named Josephine Rogers Price in mid 1838. She was born in the Falmouth area. I can find no trace of them on the 1841 census and assumed that they moved from Cornwall. Has anyone got these people in their family tree? |

Hi, I am looking for Felix Duffy born in Ireland 1864. He shows up in England 1881 age 16 living in Forfar Scotland as a boarder. He married Elizabeth Mc Quire in Scotland about 1886/7. A son Arthur James Duffy born in Scotland 1887. Unable to find iether of these events. They went on to have several more children all born in the Newcastle area. Felix died 1918 in Newcastle. An Aunt says that he may have come from Cork.

Information on William, Mary, Charles Coates. Born 1824-1830 County Down. To Henery Caotes(Coats) Killicncy, Down. William came to USA 1848 Charles befoe that.
Also John Brennan born about 1815 Ireland, died 1837 Dundee, Scotland.Chilren John and James born of Mary Kelly. And Rose (Rosa) born of Mary Clark. |

| I am looking for any information on my Great Grandmother, and Great Grandfather of Ireland. She,from Queenstown, and He from County Deery.They are both deceased. She,Mary Ann Robert, and He, John Gallagher. They met, in New York, about 1876.Met at Ellis Island. They moved to the New Orleans, Louisiana, area and got married in 1898.She was born l856, He about 1846, Her Mother's Maiden name was, Sullivan, or Soulivan.Her Father's first name was Arthur. | Searching and have been for year's for a grandfather of mine named CHARLES TAGGART born Ballymoney, Antrim , Ireland 1753 immigrated to Pennsylvania on a Irish Linen Ship, this Charles had a brother named John as I have a letter from this John written in 1816, which says the step mother is dead a year, sister Betty and sister Mary send there best, Charles died in 1861 his wife was Mary Darby and he left seven children.I feel that the father was a John Taggart and mother was Mary, and the Grandfather was Andrew, but I have no proof, can anyone help me ? Please.............. |

Looking for information on the ancestors of Patrick (b. 1799) and Susan McManus Devine (Divine) who migrated from Ireland around 1837.
They were probably married in the 1820s. Patrick had brothers Charles and Francis who migrated around the same time. His sister Mary was married to Daniel McGrory and migrated in 1837 also. The family settled in Allegheny Co. PA near Pittsburgh. An older woman Margaret Devine is buried in the church cemetery in Wexford, PA and may be the mother of the family (not certain).
There is also a relationship with a William Devine and Margaret Brown Devine who resided in Philadelphia, PA.
Any help appreciated,
