Looking for TWIN BOYS born in St Marys Hospital, Manchester on August 20, 1958.
Birth Names on original birth certificate are Simon and Mark Neathway. After release from hospital, birth mom and boys stayed at a maternity home which I believe was called Doris Court and they facilitated the adoption or at least found the adoptive parents. They were adopted together as far as we know.
Birth Mothers maiden name is Neathway. I am a halfsister and am looking on behalf of my mother and myself. My mother, Helen Sykes nee Neathway thinks that the babies were given new names and one of them may be Martin ?
Father was Joseph Peter Bibby and he apparently also had to appear in Manchester to sign adoption papers. |
