Seeking information on Thomas Noble b. 1675 in New Mill Banffshire, Scotland attended school at Keith, until about 18 years of age he then entered Aberdeen Seminary where he studied for three years, after leaving school he came to the colonies around the turn of the century. He became a tobacco trader in Maryland, selling to Scotch importers. Returning to Scotland for a visit, his parents now living in Glascow Scotland, he married Mollie Gilbert b. 1679. They returned to the Colonies and settled on a farm in Virginia, the farm was next to the farm of Lawrence Washington. Thomas and Mollie had four children that were raised and were married in the eastern part of Virginia. They were George,(our ancester), Nancy, Elizabeth, and Thomas Jr. Any information would be greatly appreciated on these individuals. Thank you very much.
