searching for any relatives or anyone who knew of a wartime comrade.He was sgt williams RAF airgunner of 38 sqdn raf shallufa egypt,whose crew failed to return froom an attack on enemy shipping on nov 24th 1942.their pilot is listed on the Alemain war memorial as having died that day aged 24,but no record of the other crew members,so possible they survived the loss of their aircraft.sorry,i don't recall sgt williams christian name,i knew him as 'taff'neither do i know what part of wales he came from.i shall be grateful for any information that this request might bring

UPDATE~ now found my friend from school. Thought i would post an update to save peoples efforts.
We are now in contact, and are both pleased we have got in touch again, we have more than 10yrs to catch up on, cant wait!

Does anyone know if the Aman Inn (Hotel) 10 Station Rd, Glanamman, Carmarthenshire is still in existence? One of my ancestors built and ran it in the 1800's and family members ran it until at least the 1960's. I would like to know if it still exists and if so, who owns it now.

Am trying to trace family tree for grandmother who was put in home at age of 3. Name Ellen Griffiths born 1912 in Liverpool. Parents names John Griffiths and Mary (nee Jones) Brothers John, Evan, Harold, Idwell and sisters Enid and Charlotte. We believe the fathers parents originally came from Flintshire. Can anyone help?
