When we heared of her story me and my friends from other countries started to mail all organisations around, so anyone would be able to provide her with any information or help. If you are her relative please help her, dont let her to die there...

Is there a kind soul in the LEE GREEN area of LONDON who could do a look-up for me? I've tried to obtain the e-address of the library there with no luck. My aunt NELL (HELEN) and her husband TOM (surname unknown) were living at 46 ELTHAM RD, LEE GREEN on 12th October 1946, the libraries carried "Street directories" when I lived over there, so am hoping they still do, if I can find the surname of the residents at that time,I will be able to research and hopefully find any kin.
If there is anyone who could do this for me I should be so very grateful - I have been trying for years to locate their last name.
Thank you for reading my request. Sincerely Pat Peters W.Canada.

Am from London and am researching the Descendants of Samuel R. Waddington born in the early 1800, I came upon this book "Who's Who in the Family of Waddington " at that website ancestralbooks.com which my aunt told me about but I am not sure if I will get any information from there, I have contacted them and they did tell me that one Samuel Waddington is mentioned but I am not sure if he is my Samuel, if anyone has any information about this book, please let me know, I would also like to get their free CD-ROM too.

My email is SusanH321@gmail.com

I had to buy this book
"The Lament for John MacWalter Walsh. With Notes on the History of the Family of Walsh from 1170 to 1690 - by Walsh, J. C.
New York, NY , 1925"
which cost me a few more than I wuld have paid for it but I liked the idea that it came with a free cd, I don't know about you guys but a searchable CD-ROM helps a lot when you are doing research.

ancestralbooks.com is having this free Searchable cd promotion going on and it was not a bad experience.

They have quite a few family history books over 20,000.
