hello,

anybody worked in trinity hospital in the 1950's,with 'MAUREEN CONNOLLY' she had a my mother,{ who adopted me also) 27/01/51 at the Rotunda.
May not be Trinity, all I have on mothers birth cert is MAUREEN CONNOLY OF 9 MARTIN PARK...MUST BE 'ST' MARTINS PARK IF TRUE.

Would love to hear from anybody who worked with a nurse of this name around this time, was her maiden name, not married at time.

good luck to all

Hello again,

It has been many years since I last requested some help, I have since met my mother...lovely had already found sister in Dublin, but still wishing to find my grandmother as that is where it all started...sounds strange but I'm am 3/4 Irish and 1/4 Cape South African...so as you may inderstand just would love for the puzzle to be complete...father wad married two years when I was conceived...naughty boy,I did know where his parents lived, but it was inapropriate to approach them.
MAUREEN CONNOLLY HAD MY MOTHER AT ST KEVINS IN 1951, SHE CLAIMED SHE LIVED AT 9 ST MARTINS PARK DUBLIN....S NURSE AND MY 'GRANDFATHER' WAS A CAPE COLOURED TRAINING TO BE A DOCTOR AT TRINITY COLLEEGE.
This is all I have to go on and such a popular name....maybe I have to give up.
any help or if you knew a nurse at this time do help
tania.prior@hotmail.co.uk good luck to all x
