| Anybody know Robert Baxter in Dundee in the 1881 Scotland Census? I'm trying to find out the maiden name of his wife, Jessie. He's my Great Grandfather. Kenneth or Robert Kenneth is the son, my Grandfather, who came to the States in 1930. |

Great Grandfather, John Buchanan Shirra, Born in Stirlingshire,
Scotland around 1860.
Married to Helen Mar Robertson Shirra.
He died during ww 2, she died I think in Denny, Scotland, in the 1880s. He toured Scotland and Ireland with a singing group for many years |

| Looking for information on Fred Perryman who emigrated to Canada in 1930. He was accompanied by his mother, Agnes, a sister and another brother. I believe I met Fred during WW2 when he visited our home. I had no idea who this person wa but was told later that he was a cousin. He may have been a cousin to my father. Fred's father I believe was John Perryman and I believe he had emigrated in May 1926. I have not been able to verify any connection to my surname and the name Perryman. I would like to hear from a male Perryman descendant of either Fred or his younger brother. |
