Dear Madam, Dear Sir:
I own a lovely small studio of 18m2 available to tourists or professionals
for short term rental.
This cosy apartment is located in the Marais, rue Michel Lecomte in a
private 18th century city mansion registered as historical monument. It
is on the ground floor with two huge windows (secured) in the inner paved
courtyard. This big courtyard is calm and bright.
Fully renovated, it is decorated with the warm colors of Provence (red and
yellow). The configuration is a big room with a shower room (wc
separated). The renters will benefit from the washing machine and a
"state of the art most comfortable" sofa bed (opening and closing with a
minimum of handling!).
The apartment is available year round and fully furnished (linens, tv,
phone, dinning ware...). Everything in it is brand new.
It is a very cute studio which could accommodate 2 people (eventually 3
absolute max). With 3 meter high wood beam ceilings and "tomettes" on the floor as well as part of a the wall in stones.
If you are interested, the apartment will be available as of November 1st (it is fully booked before that). 2500FF/ week (around 375$ US)
