I am looking for my father whose name was Terence William Blackwell. Up until about 17 years ago he lived in Sittingbourne, Kent, then he moved to Singapore where he remarried and I believe he changed his name. I havent seen him for 17 years and he has never met his 2 grandchildren who were born after he left. I would be so grateful for any news on his whereabouts, life is too short to be out of contact with a loved one!
