Please help I am desperately looking to see whether i have any cousins aunts uncles left in the Lewisham, Catford area and here is a little bit of history that may jog someones memory.
In the 1930s my nan Annie Elizabeth Allen (nee White) had a brother named Fred White, he was married to Nelly they had daughters, one was called Rose white and the other went by the nickname Ditsey White, they may of had others i am not sure. My Umcle Fred White owned a Greengrocers called White's Greengrocers in Northbrook Road, lee Green in Lewisham or Catford he also owned about 8 stables for his horse's and carts in the same road.
Is there anyone out there that think they might be related I am trying to peice together my family history, as my father Cyril Frederick Allen (known to all as Frank) is 80 now and to old to do this type of research.
