I am looking for a man born as DAVID EVANS who was adopted at about the age of five by his natural mother and stepfather. David's birth father is WILLIAM NORTON EVANS d.o.b. 1/3/42 and his mother's name is GLYNIS. David was born in GERMANY as his parents lived there on an army/airforce base.
