Seeking birth parents of Eva Alice Taylor(adoptive name - birth name unknown)
who was the subject of a court case in Ormskirk, Lancashire.
She was adopted by John and Kate Taylor of Cricklewood, Nth. London
1908/09. According to a newspaper article(date and name unknown),
my grandmother(Eva Alice) was attempted to be a sold by a Mr Thomas(miner) in a pub in
the Ormskirk area. The case appeared in the Ormskirk District
Court(no records found). It is believed she may have had a
brother, 2 or 3 yrs older.
