Further to my search for RICHARD ALEXANDER JOHN RIGBY (DOB 16/6/64) I have found out the name of the adoption agency which dealt with his case - the PHYLLIS HOLMAN RICHARDS ADOPTION SOCIETY, whose last known address in 1993 was 88 West Hill, London SW15 2UJ. Can anybody help me find out if they are still there? Does anyone live nearby who could check for me? There is no number listed with Directory Enquiries, but this agency was still active in 1993 according to the BAAF publication "Where to find adoption records".
