Looking for my 'half sister' - born Theresa on 10/06/60 in a Worksop Hospital, Nottinghamshire. Adopted from birth through the Catholic Society (I think) - birth parents from the Blidworth & Nottingham area - bmothers name Patricia, bfathers name John Derek (known as Derek).
