Maureen Mansell, born August/September 1945, and her younger sister Ingrid Mansell, born December 1946, were separated during childhood. Maureen and Ingrid were born to John George Mansell and Jean Agnes Mansell (nee Fox). For many years John served in the Royal Air Force and passed away in 1977. I believe that for a period Jean was employed on the clerical staff at Harrod's. John and Jean separated in 1946 and soon after Jean Mansell became ill. At that time Ingrid Mansell was placed in an Orphange for adoption and Maureen was believed to have been cared for by Jean Mansell's mother, Mrs. Fox in Slough. Would like to make contact with Maureen or anyone that might have additional information.
