Hello. I am writing in my mothers behalf, her name is Judy. She would love to find her biological mother. Her name is Philomena (maiden name was Conroy). She would have been approx 20 in 1945/46. She used to live in Southgate. She gave birth to a baby that was adopted by the family with the surname Tibble. Philomena is Irish. The father was an American soldier named Tony Messina.
