I am searching for my full birth sister:
Patricia Sheila Lewis
who was born on July 24, 1962
at St. George's Hospital in
London, England. Her address at that time was 79 Flood St.
Chelsea.
Patricia's adoption records are with the London Metropolitan
Archives and she was adopted through the London County Council.
She was fostered, then adopted (by the same family)
through the Kingston-upon-Thames Council on March 25, 1963.
Birth mothers's name: Josephine Lewis (nee Carroll)
Birth father's name: William Lewis
Two sisters: Frances (1957) and Kim (1960) both born in
Canada.
I have been searching for you for 17 years and I hope one
day that we can meet.
