My son registered as DAVID MARK UPTON was born in Warwick Hospital, Leamington Spa on the 21st September 1974. His adoptive parents changed his name to MARK DAVID because the husbands name was DAVID. I know he has ginger hair and was sent photos of him on his 1st birthday sitting at the table in front of a table mat with birthday cake all over his face !! His adoptive parents allowed me to have a silver christening mug engraved for him. Have you still got the mug Mark ..... I would love just to know that you are healthy and happy.
