I'm new at this and am not sure how to start so initially I'll be brief. My husband Tom(here in Australia) and his half-brother Graham(same mother, different fathers, who resides in England) found each other in 1993 and have since met twice, here and over there. Basically, Graham believes, from information he has received, that there is also another sibling, and he leans towards a sister, somewhere out there. Graham is a member of NORCAP but isn't on the InterNet so I have undertaken to do what I can in this regard. Have I started at the right place? I won't go into more detail yet in case not, but if yes, would love to hear from someone on the next step. Thanks for your time.
