I am looking for my half-uncle, James Orchen(?) Carter, DOB July 15, 1930. His mother's name, Agnes Florence May Carter, DOB Aug. 4, 1909. Agnes arrived in Canada in 1929 to work for a Mr. R. Reid in Kingston, Ontario. There she gave birth to James Orchen Carter (named after her father, Frederick James) in 1930 and a baby girl named Agnes born on April 21, 1942. The baby girl was later adopted. It is believed that Agnes F.M. Carter and her son James O. Carter returned to England in/or around 1948.
