I am looking for my birth mother and am still in possession of little hard information about her. What I do know is that I was born in the Boscombe Maternity Hospital in Bournemouth on 21/09/1957 to a woman in her early twenties who gave me up for adoption at 3 days of age. I was adopted by a Mr & Mrs Ankers who lived then in Weymouth.
I also believe that it is possible that my mothers surname may have been Allen? and that she may of had another son also given up for adoption approximately 3 years earlier?
He may have been adopted by a police officer who was stationed at 'Bear Cross' in Bournemouth.
