As an adopted child I am looking for my father whose name is James Cairnes.
I do not know his date of birth only that he was a labourer is around 60 years old and was Scottish.
He was dating my mother, Christine McDermott during early 1962. She lived in Shirley Road, Manchester U.K.and had a two year old son called Graham. I found my mother eight years ago but sadly it was the last few months of her life. My name at birth was Margaret and was born on 17/1/63. I am now known as Jane Geary and live in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, England.
