Pittman/Mcgraw..Looking for any related families..My only memories of my childhood are from the Homes Hutten and Ongar,were i was put from the age of 7. I was discharged from Trenmar House to "ONGAR". There are no records as to how i got there..My sister was placed in Hutton R.S. 2 years later and was between Ongar and Hutton.Homes..I was in "ONGAR' FROM 1933 TO 1937..Then released to "HUTTON" till 1938, MY sister and i were fostered out..MY sister Beatrice was put in HUTTON in 1935 she also was 7.."Were we abandend or What".I knew i had another Sister LILLIAN born 1921 AND A BROTHER STANLEY born 1922,but they were not in the Homes my sister and i were WHY??? Our Mothers name is Margaret nee McGraw and our fathers name is ARTHUR Pittman they were married April 1921 in the District of Holborn..LONDON....We were all born in Islington LONDON...My sister Trixi i have found after 55 years,Stanly was also found unfortunately he only remembers being with Lillian..He let a hard life and apparently never married..He didnt remember much about mum or dad..He knew he had another sister and brother but thought they were shipped out to australia..He hadnt seen lillian for along time...Unfortunatly Stanly passed away in 1998 so what ever he did or didnt know it has gone with him..This is all the information i have on LILLIAN....Lillian married Bill Ansell around 1940 ??? They had 2 daughters Margaret and Elizabeth ???...Thats it and my other sides of my family being the Pittmans and McGraw i know nothing..I am 74 now and i just want to contact any of my families (mother@father) side and esp my other sister Lillian or her children.......Good luck in your family lincup..
