I was born 31-7-1947 in Farnborough Hospital Kent. My mother was Margaret Jack-Morrison Burdett. She was in the unmarried mother and baby home in Blythe Road Bromley and before that was lodging at a house in beckenham. I believe she was quite young at the time. I went for adoption at 3 weeks old. I was told that she tried to contact me about seven years later and that she had married but I do not know if that was true. My adopted parents are now both dead. I have tried and failed in the past to trace her. there was no record of my father or of any agency being involved in the adoption. I was also told that she was sent away to have me so she may have orignally come from another part of the country.
If anyone can help please let me know. I do not want to disrupt her life just to let her know I am here, well and happy and had a good childhood with two adoptive parents who I loved very much.
