LOOKING FOR BIRTH MOTHER
I was born on 22/12/1952 at the Western Hospital, Balby, Doncaster, then in the West Riding of Yorkshire. My mother was 18yrs of age, when I was born. Previously, she had a son, whom she had at the age of 16yrs. He was born in the Effidene Nursing Home, Balby, Doncaster.
My mothers name at the time of both our births was: BARBARA JOAN KIME - It is believed she met & married a US Serviceman, surnamed GILBERT in or around 1954-1956 and returned with him to the States. My mothers birth date is/was 7th January, 1933. Her mother or grandmother was a Mrs Parkes of 19 Barnstone Street, Hexthorpe, Doncaster.
If anyone has any information of the where abouts of Barbara Joan Gilbert (nee) Kime, or my step-brother, who remains, as far as known, in this country (UK),please let me Know. Mum I love you and never could I blame you for what happened - please get in touch, your daughter Christine.
