I am a birth mother seeking my child Yolanda Camille Cooper(birth name). She was actually born at a Air Force base near Ipswich (Bentwaters/Woodbridge. She was immediately transferred to a hospital in Ipswich. She was born March 1983. If you or anyone knows of this child, please contact me with the date of her birth. I was 15 years old and did not have a choice of her being adopted. PLEASE help me locate her. I never stopped loving her and I celebrate her birthday every year. Thank you for your help
