HELP PLEASE..HELP PLEASE. Information about my family needed by Australian relative. STOCKTONS of 27 Albion road Smethwick, Birmingham. This is the last known address(1950's). The family names are:- HARRY & GLADYS MAY STOCKTON the childrens names are:- GLADYS M.E. born in 1925. FLORENCE G. born in 1927. KENNETH H. born in 1930. JEAN MARGARET. D.O.B. 3rd AUGUST 1931. FREDERICK. born 1933. DOREEN. born 1936. & SHIRLEY. born 1937. I was told Shirley was not well and confined to a wheelchair and she also was doing research into the family. The only other info i have is that Harry & Gladys seperated and Gladys changed her name by deed poll in 1947/48 to that of the man she lived with HENRY SALCOMBE and was said to have had a shop in Smethwick. Her address in 1952 was 149 RAGLAN ROAD SMETHWICK. Also i was told that she and HARRY STOCKTON had 9 Children but i only know of those i have mentioned and that some of the children went to CROCKETTS LANE SCHOOL.
