Searching for husband's birthmother, LYDIA ANNE SKINNER. She lived at 56 Albert St., Broomhill, Cannock Staffs at time of his birth on 29 Feb 1948. We have discovered that in 1949 persons at that address were CHARLES H. SKINNER, CHARLOTTE SKINNER & HELEN SKINNER. Also at that address were BERYL EVANS and WILLIAM J. EVANS. Lydia is not listed with the Registrar of Cannock in 1949 so she may have been there only until she gave birth. My husband's birthname was Redwood David Skinner. If anyone knows of any of these people, would appreciate hearing from you.
