I am looking for my older sister i have never met. I think she was born around 1979-1981, to Margaret Angela Hough, I believe my mother named her Donna and she was adopted to a couple who reside in Chester, My mother lived in Baker Road Weston Point Runcorn Cheshire, It would mean alot to me if I could meet my sister whom i have never met for 19 years. If anyone has information about her could you please get in touch with me. I would be extremely gratefull for any information as this means alot to me. Thanks.
