Hi! My greatgreatgrandfather George W. Everts or Evarts was born about 1828 somewhere in England. He likely immigrated with his Parents to the U.S.A.somehwere (New York possibly) where he married Martha M Bascom in 1850. He joined the Union Forces but got sick and died of a fever in Keokuk. Iowa, October 17, 1862. I know nothing of his Parents or if he had any brothers and sisters ? We know the lineage of his wife, Martha. Any help wopuld sure be appreciated. Thankyou.
