ALLEN....ALLEN....ALLEN....
I am searching for my unkown family members by the name of
ALLEN. If you are from the WALSALL, WOLVERHAMPTON,
CALFSHEATH or CANNOK areas and know that you also have
missing relatives out there somewhere.....My Grandfather
was named Dennis Allen and in 1938 he married Phyllis
Williams, Dennis then went away to was he was in the
Sherwood Foresters when he arrived home from Japan he was
very ill and died shortly afterwards.....He and Phyllis
had 2 children, June and Brian, they lived in the Malt
Houses at Calfs Heath along with the rest of Phyllis'
family. I know that the Allens lived at or by the Wildmoor
in Walsall and the family was very large, having about 7-8
siblings Dennis was one of the eldest, he had a brother by
the name of George Allen, some of his siblings did die at a
young age. An aunt tells me that the Allen family had once
worked on the canals as Boaties. If you know of any of
