I am looking for James CHAPEL. D.O.B. 3.6. mid 60:s. born in blackpool, father:s name was Wilfred,(deceased) mother:s name was Emily.HE was adopted after his father died by a doctor and his wife and could still be in the Blackpool area.We have tried for years to find him as his adoption outside the family was fought against.
