Still desperately searching for my son born October 22, 1962 - birthname Peter Leroy Dean born at Mortimer House Bristol. Adopted through the Catholic Adoption Society in Bristol. His sister is also desperate to know her brother. Are there any new laws for mothers of adopted children to access the addoption files? any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
