I am looking for my birth mother, or any info on her or her family. My birth name was Tracey Wood, i born premature on the 2nd December 1967 and taken to Hammersmith Hospital, London. I am now 33, with 3 boys, who are curious as to who my birth family are. If anyone has any info pls email me. I would really appreciate it.
