MICHAEL IAN (SMITH) - I am your birth mother. You were born on November 4, 1970 in Dellwood Maternity Home, Liebenrood Road, Reading, Berks. Your final adoption took place on May 17, 1971 through Sevenoaks County Court. I am registered with NORCAP. Why aren't you registered? I am sure your adoptive parents were thrilled when they met you - you were a beautiful baby - I have one picture of you at about six months old - sitting in a baby chair, holding a plastic spoon! You look lovely. I have carried that picture with me (in my mind and heart) for 31 years! I just need to know more info - no strings, on your terms.....always in my heart, Lesley - your birth mother.
