JOYCE BILL born 21 November 1942 and adopted almost 3yrs in 1946 when I was adopted! I have been seeking you for years if anyone knows someone with this birth date and was adopted please let me know. Her name naturally will now have changed but she will be due for retirement next year! She might have been turned away by her birth mother like I was for years. Awaiting news - time running out - Margaret
