DID YOU GIVE BIRTH TO A BOY ON 20/05/1965 AT EVESHAM HOSPITAL? I am looking for my husbands birth mother and father. The only information we have is his adoption certificate, I need to know if there are any serious medical conditions in either family as we now have a son.
