I am searching for any information that may assist me in my quest to know who I am. I was born at Broadgreen Hospital LIVERPOOL, on the tenth of December 1959. Birth mother was Beatrice Owen, known as Bea. I was adopted by Michael Robin Swift on or about 23rd of September 1964,I asume, as this is the date on my Adoptive Birth Certificate. My family Emigrated to Australia, leaving England in November 1966. I have searched for my Birth Father for many years to fill my internal void, and to eventually tell my children of their heritage. My family refuses any information or knowledge of same.My children do not yet know that I am Adopted, a fact that may be important later in their lives. I do not wish to interfere in my fathers current life, but would welcome him into mine. The only information I have is that father worked with mother on the Buses, was of Italian decent,and later married a lady believed to be also of Italian decent. I have recollections of visits with father as a young girl of about 4 years of age, at which time he wore a moustache. I have no other Knowledge, but would appreciate any information any one could offer me. If you read this father, know that I am well, happily married and secure.
