I would like to trace my half brother, born Kenneth Edward Dewey, in Sep 1952 or 1953 in Chlmsford Essex. He was adopted by a London couple at 6wks of age as my mother ,now unfortunately deceased, was unable to keep him.
I also have a sister who would be pleased to meet him
