Please will all searching for birth families be it adoptees or birth families take a few mins. to look at the proposed changes regarding adoption laws in the UK on the NORCAP web site. These changes are NOT good news!! If we want to try and stop these becoming law we need to let the UK government know NOW, this bill will go to the Select Committee on the 12th June 2001, after this it may be too late!!
