MICHAEL IAN (SMITH)- this was your birth name. Hi, I am your birth mother. You were born on November 4, 1970 in Dellwood Maternity Home, Reading, Berkshire. I believe you were adopted to a couple in Sevenoaks, Kent, six months after your birth.
