SYLVIA LILLIAN HAYNES(maiden name).
This is my birth mothers name.I was born 14/2/1949 in Lichfield,and adopted at 5 months old.She originates from Burton on Trent,and was a bus conductress.Last known living in Derby area.I believe i have a sister Margaret born in 1948.I possibly have more brothers/sisters?
