I am looking for a 'late friend' of mine who sadly passed away on March 9th 2001. I always wanted him to find his father and he explored many avenues to no avail? His registered birth name was Lamb and he was adopted in 1956 from Joan and Artur Lamb. His birth date was 14th February. I believe his father is in the Basingstoke area? Any help would be much appreciated
