I was born told my birth name was Phillip Bell, born August 21, 1965 in Nottingham Hospital in England. I was the 7th or 8th child born to my biological father and mother and was given up for adoption. I don't know if there were any other children born after me or if the children born prior to me were adopted out...I know nothing, I was told my biological father worked in the mines... for my siblings to not be looking for me I could only think that they were told I died at birth....
