my name was JOAN NESBITT i am trying to find twins ANDREW and JAMES born September 1962 at Liverpool Maternity Hospital they were regestered as KEVIN and MICHEAL.I was told they been adopted by a doctor in Shropshire.I would just like them to know why i had to give them up.
