We are searching for our birth parents.We were born on 17/9/1955 one at 1.00am and the other at 2.30am and we are identical twin girls and put up for for adoption through the Church of England Adoption Society. We were adopted on the 23/7/1956 and the adoption order was granted at Ilford County Court. We were adopted by Michael and Joan and we lived in Hornchurch. This is the beginning our search and we would welcome any pratical advice. If our Mum is reading this we would just like to say that we are very close and speak to each other every day although we live quite a way apart. We are lucky that we have each other for support and we wish all who search good .
