My sister-in-law Jean Simmons had a little girl when she was 15 and gave her up for adoption when the child was 2 weeks old. Jean died last year never having found anything about her daughter. I think Jean was born in 1935 putting her daughters birth at 1950. She was born in Reading,Berkshire and taken somewhere in London for adoption. Her parents had died several years before and her neighbours took her in. they lived there her entire life.....the address was 64 Chagford Close, Whitley(I think) Estate,Reading, Berkshire.Their name was Masterman,the wife's first name was Violet and the husband's name ,I think, was William.It's not much to go on but I hope you can help
