My Father was handed in at St.Clements day nursery, Treadgold Street, west london.on Dec.11th 1931. said to be about 6 weeks old. On the day he was handed in he was called LEONARD WILLIAMS, no birth certificate can be found.I am desperatly seeking info on his parents. one name may be Violet may Gower alais O'shea who was said to be living at 4 Avondale Square, old kent road SE1. she may have been living/lodgeing with a Mr knight. please if this rings any bells with anyone please contact me.
