Desparately seeking birth family. I was born April 11, 1960 and named Deborah Lea Taylor. Born in Middlesex County, London. I believe I was adopted from a Catholic Organization. Has any one ever heard of a Provisional Adoption? I was told that was the type of adoption I went through. Supposedly my mother was quite young. I don't know if Taylor was her last name, or my fathers. I dont' think my mother was married. Thank you for any information you can provide.
